2. Bookings and Quotations

• Fares quoted on this website for routes and packages are indicative starting prices and may vary based on group size, vehicle availability, season and exact itinerary.
• A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it by phone, WhatsApp or email with a final fare and vehicle assignment.
• Advance payment or booking confirmation terms, where applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the service booked and how close to the travel date the change is requested. We will always confirm the applicable terms with you at the time of booking so there are no surprises later.

4. Vehicle Substitution

In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown or unavailability, we will arrange a replacement vehicle of equal or better category at no additional cost to you, subject to availability.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

• Travellers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time and location; excessive delays may affect the remaining itinerary.
• Travellers are responsible for their own safety, valuables and belongings during the trip.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by a traveller beyond normal wear and tear may be charged separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in selecting drivers and maintaining vehicles, we are not liable for delays, losses or inconvenience caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures or events at pilgrimage sites.

7. Third-Party Sites and Services

Our website may link to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of these third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
